Joe Lalli resort is a luxury resort in Moganshan located in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province 200 km from Shanghai.

Geometria Architecture designed a valley area for the resort in close collaboration with Viiri-Ylinenpää Architects. Design includes landscape design and the design of six building types for the accommodation of tourists. The total number of buildings is 60 and the combined gross floor area is about 25 000m2. In addition to designing buildings for accommodation, we have made design concepts for restaurants in the resort.

Customer’s own cars are not allowed in the resort. The buildings can be reached with electric golf cars or by foot. In the resort, there are several restaurants, a lake to swim in and a spa area. Different outdoor activities are possible in the resort, such as hiking, horseback riding, and kayaking.

From every room in the resort, there are nice views of the surrounding landscape. All the villas that we have designed also include hot tubs, where visitors can relax while enjoying the good views into the landscape
